Withdrawal right – How you can withdraw from your contract

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

The time limit begins on the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the delivery person) receives the last item.

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?

It is sufficient if you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

As soon as we receive your declaration of revocation, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days. We use the same payment method you originally used. No additional fees will be charged for repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of the goods

  • You bear the direct costs of the return.
  • Please make sure to pack the goods well to avoid damage.

If the goods lose value due to improper handling, you must cover this loss – unless the inspection of the goods required this handling.

General Information

  • Send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories if possible.
  • If the original packaging is missing, please use a protective packaging.
  • Please do not send the goods back as a registered item.

These instructions are recommendations – they are not a requirement for an effective withdrawal.
