Participation in the loyalty program is permanently free for you – without hidden costs or obligations.

What happens to my points if I don't order anything for a longer period of time?

If you do not place an order within 6 months, your collected points will expire and your point status will be reset on January 1st of the year.

But don't worry: we'll inform you in time by email.

How do I increase my altitude status?

Your status is based on the amount you spend.

The more you spend, the higher you climb – and the more exclusive benefits you get. In your customer account, you can see at any time how much you still need to reach the next status.
