General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of 4TheTaste

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between 4TheTaste (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "seller") and you as a customer. They pertain to the purchase of South Tyrolean specialties through our website www.4thetaste.it.
Differing terms only apply if we expressly agree to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1. The product presentation on our website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
2.2. Your order is considered a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us via email, which contains all relevant information.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices on our website are in euros and include the statutory value-added tax.
3.2. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. The delivery will be made to the address you provided.
4.2. The shipping costs depend on the order quantity and the delivery location. The exact costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
4.3. The delivery time varies depending on availability and will be communicated to you in the order confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal & return

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find all the details in our website's return policy.

6. Warranty & Liability

6.1. We guarantee that our products are free of defects and comply with legal regulations.
6.2. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for slight negligence, except in the case of damages to life, body or health.

7. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.You can find more information in our website's privacy policy.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. If you are a merchant or a public law legal entity, the place of jurisdiction is our company headquarters.
8.2. If a provision of these GTC should be invalid, the rest of the GTC remains valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to the original economic purpose.

9. Weight & Filling Quantity

Our products are predominantly handcrafted and not industrially standardized. Therefore, in individual cases, there may be slight deviations in weight or filling quantity. We always strive to provide the most accurate information possible and ensure that you receive the total ordered quantity. If an item is slightly lighter, we will balance it out with another product or piece with a slightly higher weight, so that the total value of your order remains unchanged.

10. Sales to private individuals & billing

10.1. Our products and offers are exclusively for private individuals. We do not sell to commercial customers.

10.2. We do not automatically generate invoices. After you complete your order, you will receive an order summary via email that contains all relevant information about your order. This email serves as proof of your purchase.

10.3. If you would like an invoice, please let us know before you place your order. In this case, the order will be manually entered, and you will receive an invoice afterwards.
A bill cannot be created after the fact.

10.4. For sustainability reasons, we do not include invoices or delivery notes in our packages to save paper and protect the environment.
