Our unique Hirsch Kaminwurzen are carefully made from high-quality pork and tender deer meat. Our hand-picked ingredients include pork, deer meat, salt, a balanced blend of spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural flavors, ascorbic acid as antioxidants, sodium ascorbate and sodium nitrite as preservatives. We use 136g pork and 39g deer meat for every 100g of final product to guarantee the highest quality.
