Das Brot ist lecker, aber - die Zubereitungshinweise auf der Tüte sind viel zu klein geschrieben - die Backzeit von 25 Min. ist m. M. nach viel zu kurz bei abfallender Temperatur bis 180 Grad. Ich backe häufig Brot, meistens im Steinguttopf für 50 Min. bei 240 Grad und dann noch einmal 10 Min. ohne Deckel. So bekomme ich eine tolle Kruste und eine saftige Krume. Eine Packung eures Schwarzbrotes habe ich ja noch. Der Teig ist nicht klebrig und geht wunderbar auf, aber ich werde diesen Laib Brot bei 200 Grad 45 - 50 Min. backen. Wir lieben frisches Brot einfach mit Butter bestrichen.
