Dry-cured using a traditional method with salt and natural spices, lightly smoked, followed by around 10 weeks of maturing. After this process, the mountain ham is washed, dried, coated with aromatic herbs and lovingly packaged.

The mountain ham is characterized by a characteristic red-brown, dry surface with fragrant herbs. Inside it presents itself with a strong, intense red meat, free of visible fat. Every bite is a pleasure that reflects the perfect balance of flavors and masterful craftsmanship.
